LeaAnn was very helpful from start to finish. She listened to our wants up front and was patient with our search. Her knowledge of the Wilmington area was key in finding our new property. LeaAnn excels at customer service and was a genuine pleasure to work with.

LeaAnn was amazing to work with!! She was super helpful, super patient, and totally open to all our antics!! I wouldn't ever have wanted to work with anyone else!! She made this the best experience I think it could have ever been for our first home! Even if we did take her around the world! Drug her to the worst of the worst and she found us the very best!! We give LeaAnn Taylor Excellent 5 stars. She found us our home exactly what we were looking for. We were worn out after 40 years of steps and a hill, as well as the neighborhood going down rapidly. She found us a ranch on flat ground and a surprising 4 car garage, very important as I have 5 vehicles, 3 which are classic, collector's. She worked hard to find what we neeeded. A 4 car garage attached to the house. Don't know if I've ever seen one before. There is also plenty of room for our large dog to run around. I'll recommend LeaAnn to any of my friends when they need a very knowledge Realtor. She guided us through everything we needed and has checked on us about 2 months after our purchase.

LeaAnn was terrific. She worked with us on and off for over 6 months while we looked for a house while living several states away. She took us to look at houses on short notice when one of us was in town then did virtual showings when we couldn’t be in town. She was readily available and made time for us quickly which was very important in such a fast moving market. She then made sure to walk us through each step of the process and responded to questions even after closing. We highly recommend her!
