Home Buyer-I was absolutely BLOWN AWAY by LeaAnn's level of professionalism and diligence throughout the process of buying a new home and selling my existing home. She went above and beyond on so many things that were invaluable to reducing my stress levels during this process, and she continued to pivot and find a marketing strategy that worked to get my current home under contract in a difficult market. Her communication was top notch and timely, she advocated very well for me as her client and left no stone unturned. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a realtor that is truly an asset and an advocate for anyone looking to buy or sell their home!

LeaAnn is a wonderful realtor, showing us the home multiple times, suggesting a great inspector, and bringing in some specific tradesmen to check out some issues we had found. LeaAnn went above and beyond with our purchase of 397 W Locust, calling and texting the selling realtor multiple times and days and when no response she personally contacted the owner of the real estate office to get issues resolved. I’d recommend LeaAnn personally as she’s willing to go the extra mile for her clients, her schooling and real estate eduction show in every conversation she has with you, her knowledge of home construction is also a great asset. LeaAnn Taylor and Coldwell are my only recommendations in Wilmington, as the selling real estate firm was terrible. LeaAnn thanks for making our dreams/goals come true!!
