LeaAnn was great as usual. She met us on short notice and shared thoughts without being pushy. She was available through the closing process and helped keep the title services moving to close quickly.

I have been working with LeaAnn for the last past year. I hired her to sell a some of my houses. Her work has been absolutely outstanding. She is always in the top of things during the whole process of selling. She is very easy reachable for question and update information. She even goes the extra mile on her work making calls to subcontractors and inspectors when you need them. On the top of that, she cares for the buyer as much as she cares for the seller. Remarkable performance!!

LeaAnn truly has been superlative in every respect before, during, and especially AFTER the purchase of my home. As I remain located remotely, she has made herself readily available, undertaking multiple trips to/from the house to facilitate services and manage issues that required in-person contact. A potential nightmare situation was easily managed because she is thorough and committed.

She was awesome, she walked me through the process. Taking precious time out of her day to assist me even on the weekends and nights. She put 120% into finding me a house I loved and then kept in touch with me till the end and even beyond. She is a huge asset to your company.

We give LeaAnn Taylor Excellent 5 stars. She found us our home exactly what we were looking for. We were worn out after 40 years of steps and a hill, as well as the neighborhood going down rapidly. She found us a ranch on flat ground and a surprising 4 car garage, very important as I have 5 vehicles, 3 which are classic, collector's. She worked hard to find what we neeeded. A 4 car garage attached to the house. Don't know if I've ever seen one before. There is also plenty of room for our large dog to run around. I'll recommend LeaAnn to any of my friends when they need a very knowledge Realtor. She guided us through everything we needed and has checked on us about 2 months after our purchase.

She took us to look at houses on short notice when one of us was in town then did virtual showings when we couldn’t be in town. She was readily available and made time for us quickly which was very important in such a fast moving market. She then made sure to walk us through each step of the process and responded to questions even after closing. We highly recommend her!
